Staff Participate in JP Morgan Chase's 2010 Corporate Challenge

46 Arc employees came out on June 22, 2010 to participate in the Chase Corporate Challenge’s 28^th running. Despite the rain and clouds, dedicated staff joined 6,791 other runners, joggers and walkers as they pounded the pavement at the Onondaga Lake Parkway. Every year, the annual 3.5 mile road race raises funds for local non-profits with this year’s recipient being CNY Works Youth Services.

 

Rain delayed the start time over an hour, which was originally scheduled for 6:25 pm. Dale Marris, Arc’s Director of Facilities and Operations was first to place of the Arc male runners and Elizabeth Palin, Director of Finance, placed first for the females. Among the walkers were Lori Yager and Terrence King both of whom placed first in their respective categories for Team Arc.
