Arc Holds Annual Meeting: Elects New Slate of Officers

Arc of Onondaga held its Annual Meeting of the Membership this past April where they elected and installed a new slate of officers. James Moran (former Assistant Treasurer) was sworn in as the new President of the Board. As his first act as President, James administered the oaths for fellow Board members including: First Vice-President Christopher Centore, Vice President Jeannine Nolan, Assistant Treasurer Mark Reid, and Secretary James Cannon. Newly installed on the Board as an officer was Gordon Eyer who will be assuming the role of Treasurer.

As a membership based organization, supporters who sign-up for membership help vote in elected chapter leadership and proposed bylaws changes at the annual meeting. The meeting, held at Arc’s administrative offices, also included a dinner and a chance for members, staff and Board members to mingle.
