Work Centers

Monarch Enterprises operates four work centers that provide skill training and employment to people with developmental disabilities. Our emphasis is on helping individuals enhance their productivity while they achieve their goals thus turning disability into ability. Services to industry include packaging, mailing, assembling, woodworking, recycling, sorting, and other custom services based on a business's specifications and requirements. These opportunities translate into valuable services for businesses throughout Central New York.

Community Based Employment

Monarch Enterprises works hand in hand with several local, state, and federal businesses placing supervised individuals with disabilities in employment positions on a subcontract basis. These individuals work alongside other employees out in the community and on some occasions, they comprise the entire workforce. Examples of some positions include hotel housekeeping, food service, janitorial crews, light manufacturing and assembly, as well as clerical and office duties.

For information about these services call Jim Pitts, Program Manager, at 315.437.2025, extension 132.
