Arc Participant Volunteer Opportunities

We have identified several areas where we currently need volunteers  Please review the volunteer descriptions below and if you identify a position that is of interest to one of our program participants please fill out the Program Participant Volunteer Data Sheet and email it to Sara Iritz Abbott, Director of Development at sabbott@arcon.org.  If you have any questions please contact Sara at 467-7441 ext. 103.

Arc Race, a popular community running event and fundraiser, needs many volunteers to run smoothly!  Volunteers help with a wide variety of duties from registration and family fun area to staffing the course or helping with parking.

Help beautify our homes. Various Arc residences could use help with planting flowers, grooming, and maintaining existing landscapes.

Parkside Children’s Center Volunteer

Join Parkside teachers in the classroom with Pre-K age students. Help with reading books, helping at snack time, and other activities in the classroom.  Parkside holds class Monday through Friday from 8:30 - 3:30pm during the school year.
