The House proposed Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Resolution directs the House Energy and Commerce Committee, which oversees Medicaid, to cut at least $880 billion in spending. These instructions are a direct threat to Medicaid funding, which provides essential home and community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
